Following the successful completion of our trial adjustment to office contact hours, ASIC is pleased to confirm that the earlier opening time has had a positive impact on service accessibility and client satisfaction.

The trial, which ran from 13th November 2025 to 31st January 2026, introduced revised contact hours of 08:00–16:00 (UK time), starting the working day an hour earlier, to better support our UK and international institutions working across multiple time zones.

Feedback and call data collected during the period indicated improved access and satisfaction, with many institutions welcoming the increased availability earlier in the working day.

As a result, ASIC will adopt the 08:00–16:00 opening hours on a permanent basis.
