We are an independent UK quality assurance body specialising in the institutional accreditation of education providers worldwide. Operating in over 65 countries, we work with schools, colleges, universities, online and alternative training providers to improve the quality of their provision. Our work helps students, and their parents or caregivers, to obtain an independent and
unbiased picture of what an institution is really like in terms of quality, resources, student support and ethics. Achieving Accreditation through ASIC helps providers demonstrate to both home students and the international student body that they are a high-quality institution.

Two Decades of International Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Expertise
For 20 years, ASIC has worked with a diverse range of international institutions, combining global experience with UK expertise to deliver unique insight into the education sector.
ASIC began as an independent quality assurance body initially serving the international education sector on behalf of the UK Government. Through our work with institutions worldwide, we helped develop internal quality assurance processes aligned with global best practice and recognised the need for an international benchmark. Drawing on the expertise and heritage of UK education, while embracing innovation and best practice from around the world, we established a framework that reflected the evolving needs of the sector. Over the past two decades, this experience has shaped our accreditation standards, quality intelligence, and benchmarking insights, providing institutions with meaningful measures of quality and performance. Today, ASIC accreditation is recognised globally as a benchmark of educational quality and continuous improvement.
